Is there really a free trial?

Yes. 7 days with up to 3 clients, GSTIN/PAN tools, and practice calculators — no credit card at signup. Upgrade to Starter or above for more clients, live GSTR fetch, and filing.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Indian credit/debit cards, UPI, NetBanking, and wallets via Razorpay. You'll receive a GST-compliant invoice for every payment.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on annual plans. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can you file GSTR returns directly?

Yes. VyaparComply uses Sandbox.co.in GST Compliance APIs (GSTN-authorised TSP). After client GST portal OTP auth, you can fetch, submit, and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9 with EVC OTP inside the app.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) servers, fully compliant with India's data localization requirements under the DPDP Act 2023.
