The 14-day free trial requires no payment. If you choose not to continue, simply do not subscribe β no action is needed and no charge will be made.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time from Settings β Account β Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you retain full access until then.
Annual subscriptions include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of payment. To request a refund:
After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to prevent renewal at the end of the year.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months or partial years used.
If we experience a Service outage exceeding 24 continuous hours that prevents you from completing time-sensitive compliance work, you may request a service credit equal to the affected period. Credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not redeemable for cash.
If we terminate your account due to breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data from the Service. Export is available in CSV and JSON formats from Settings β Data β Export. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Alternatively, email billing@vyaparcomply.in from your registered email and we'll process the cancellation manually within 24 hours.
